Instructions

  3. Add the mashed ripe bananas and mix until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, mixing just until incorporated. Fold in the chopped roasted peanuts until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 1 hour, or until a cake tester or toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 30 minutes before turning it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
