Buckeyes
1 cup butter |
1 16 oz package confectioner sugar |
1 12 oz jar crunchy peanut butter |
1 12 oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips |
Buckeyes Directions

Chill. Melt chocolate chips in the top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water OR in microwave according to package instructions. Dip balls in chocolate mixture one at a time. Allow to cool on waxed paper.
