Ingredients
Peanut Sauce
2/3 cup creamy Peanut Butter |
3 tablespoons reduced sodium Soy Sauce |
1 tablespoon Thai Chili Garlic Paste |
1 minced Garlic Clove |
1 tablespoon fresh Lime Juice |
1 tablespoon Honey |
Thai Chicken Pizza
1/2 cup all-purpose Flour |
1 envelope rapid rise Yeast (or store bought dough ball) |
1 1/2 tablespoon Sugar |
3/4 teaspoon Salt |
2/3 cup warm Water |
3 tablespoon Canola Oil |
Peanut Sauce |
1 cup shredded Italian Cheese |
1 cup cook/diced Chicken Breast |
1/2 red/thinly sliced Bell Pepper |
1/4 cup/shredded Carrots |
2 tablespoons/chopped Green Onions |
2 tablespoons Cilantro Leaves |
2 tablespoons/roasted/chopped/salted Peanuts |
Thai Chicken Pizza Directions
- Start by placing the flour, Fleischmann rapid rise yeast or store-bought dough ball, sugar and salt into a medium size bowl
- Add warm water and oil, mix for a minute until well blended
- Place dough in ball form. Add additional flour if necessary, until pliable and smooth
- Allow dough to rest for 15 minutes
- Spray pizza pan with cooking spray or rub with oil onto 12’’ pan then spread the dough
- Pour peanut sauce on and top with cheese, chicken, red bell pepper, carrots and green onions
- Bake at 325 degrees oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown
- Top with cilantro leaves and chopped peanuts
- Serve with additional peanut sauce if desired
