Peanut Pasta Salad

|5 oz corkscrew macaroni|
|10 oz frozen peas and carrots|
|1 cup cocktail peanuts|
|1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed|
|2 tbsp onion, minced|
|1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing|
|1 tbsp prepared mustard|
|3 tbsp sweet pickle relish|
|1/2 tsp salt|
|1 dash cayenne pepper|
|2 hard-cooked eggs, chopper|
Peanut Pasta Salad Directions
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and chill in cold water;
Cook peas and carrots according to package directions, drain and chill in cold water; drain.
Put macaroni and vegetables in a bowl and toss with peanuts, cheese, chopped eggs and onion. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard, relish, salt and cayenne.
Stir into macaroni mixture.
Chill until serving time. Make approximately 6 cups.
