PEANUT GRANOLA 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted 3 tablespoons honey 2 cups quick oats, uncooked 2/3 cup shredded coconut 3/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts 1/3 cup wheat germ In a small container, mix butter and honey. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Toss with butter-honey mixture. Spread mixture in a well-greased baking pan. Bake in a preheated 325°F oven for 20 minutes. Cool and store in air-tight container. May be served with milk as a cereal, eaten out of hand as a snack or featured as a topping for yogurt or ice cream. Yields 1 quart.
