1 15 oz can Whole Kernel Corn - Drained |
1 14 oz can Cream-Style Corn |
1 8 oz box Corn Muffin Mix |
3/4 cup Sour Cream |
1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter |
2 tsp Brown Sugar |
1/2 cup Butter - Melted |
2 tsp Chopped Peanuts |
Peanut Butter Corn Pudding Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the two corns, muffin mix, sour cream, peanut butter, brown sugar, melted butter until well mixed. Pour mixture evenly into 9 x13 baking pan and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator. Serves 12-16 depending on portion size.
